Temp 17 (9) Wind 5 mph.
Easy 45:00 Minutes. Living in a hotel with work taking 10+ hours a day out of my life...just haven't felt like it.
Stopped in the park to check out new bridge construction and watch froze up in the single digit windchill. Finally fired back up after turning it off, then back on. Bought this one used off Amazon a few months ago for $99. Got me thinking that for the last several years, daily runs and tempos are routes in my head run at specific efforts that end up being at paces within the range of where I already know my fitness will produce. My interval workouts are on the track and consist of fractional or full laps run in the middle lanes at the fastest pace possible while maintaining strict form. When racing, I typically race people not the clock, so never pay much attention to my Garmin. So, other than to log my runs, why do I even wear a watch? May have bought my last one??
