Temp 49 (44) Wind 12 mph.
Up and Down for Art on the Run 10K. Start with 1.21 miles at 7:52 average pace. Found as flat an area as available in the parking lot of a medical clinic. Full drill set with striders. Little tight this morning, may be the cooler air. Short jog back to starting area about half a mile away. Found a quarter and two nickels in an alley after changing shoes. Ducked into an alley and hit a couple more short strides just before start time.
Down = 1.49 miles at 8:02 average pace. Not a lot of space to run except to go back on the course. Tried to stay on the opposite side of the street.
