Tune-Up Run. Legs a little heavy, but probably just rust. Moving fine. After four days, muscles are adapting to rigors of drywalling and painting. So humid that it feels like there is a mist in the air.
20:00 minutes of jogging at 7:3X average pace. Three striders with full jog / walk recovery. Slowest one topped out right at 5:00 flat. A quarter in the middle of Highway D.
Mentally preparing to have to run most of tomorrow's race solo, regardless of overall place.
