Ditched the acetaminophen several days ago to work on tolerating whatever pain needed toleration. Rough Saturday afternoon after ill-advised lift off top shelf... However, yesterday very active and least pain throughout the day for quite some time.
Noticeable improvement in grip this morning, and better range of motion in my neck.
