Easy Whatever. Learned yesterday morning that, as luck would have it, picked a spot that's a five minute jog from the Frisco RR Trail head. Had planned on going out for about 20:00 minutes this morning, but need to be angry and brood over last night's performance so that I can regroup and redirect my efforts going forward. Have a state record as a consolidation prize once that happens. Probably not a mentally healthy way to do it, but its worked in the past. One of those "if ain't broke, don't fix it" things. Legs still have some of that race priming left over. Feet, ankles, and calfs chewed up from running sloppy for extended periods on the uneven pavement. One penny.
