Long Run. CBEM three. Post-race day, not much to do. Jog out north and back on the trail. Back to base to re-hydrate. Another larger loop through town. Temps creeping into mid-80s by time we were done. Good run with good company. Time to take it easy a couple of days, then attempt to ease back into HM training.
