Almost around-the-clock paid since Friday. Inside and out. Radiation some down arm (with tingling in pinkie), but mostly up inside and outside; every now and then even feel it in shoulder and upper right pec.
Ice was making it worse. Acetaminophen, compression, and heating pad providing temporary relief at times.
Bailed on Saturday run due to level of discomfort while warming up to head out.
