Race Tune-Up. 12+ minutes of jogging, short stretch-out, then three striders. Wanting to get a feel for tomorrow's race finish, so looped the street so that every strider was face-first into the headwind. Looking also to do each progressively faster. Top speeds 5:09 / 5:04 / 4:51. All I need know.
Light stretching, HS PT, core exercises and bicep workout included in morning fun.
