I've been running on and off since high school. More consistently since the birth of my first child 7 years ago. Started racing 3yrs ago. Lot's of 5k's and one 10K
|Why do I run:
I run because it is the best way to keep the weight off and it's still my time alone.
|Why I started running:
I started running to lose weight and for the stress relief. It was an excuse to get out of the house without the baby a couple times a week.
