An easy 8. Felt good, and intentionally tried to keep pace between 8:30-9:00.
Had some, ahem, stomach issues around mile 6.5. I guess I should just never have cheese and crackers on the day before a run. Thought my system would be good, but it wasn't. Learned a lesson today.
Gear: shorts, short sleeve, lightweight Mizuno thermal, cap, gloves. Never got very warm, but wasn't cold, either.
