Notes

Treadmill run, 1.5 elevation, 7.0mph. Felt like junk first few miles. Not well fueled or rested. But, got the run in. That's most important.

Scheduled to do a 7 mile tempo run, but with Jessicah out of town had to flip my workouts. Will do tempo run tomorrow at gym after kids go to school.
