Notes

Great pre-dawn run through Rock Creek Park in Washington, DC, ending up along the National Mall with a run up the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, through the Korean War and WWII Memorials, past the Washington Monument, up to the east side of the Capitol, and then to Union Station for a Metro ride back to my friend's house. It was a little scary running through the park in the dark - I don't advise running on unknown park trails in the dark - but I had my flashlight, and I made it.

It was a great run, tourist-wise. I'm slower than I'd like to be, but at least I'm getting in the miles.
