Good run on a cool damp day. It was only 71 but DP of 68 meant it was a bit hard to breathe, so I kept the pace easy. Foot didn't hurt at all, leg didn't hurt until the last mile. Didn't do walk/run for the first 3 miles and after that I only did it once a mile or so so my HR was higher.
