A storm passed through this afternoon, dropping the temperature. It was 78 when I left the house. Soon the sun came out, the temperature rose and the roads were steaming. DP was 74 and the temperature was 84 when I got home. I struggled. Left leg and foot were intermittently painful, but not acutely or for long. I walked to ease the pain, which works, mostly at 3:00/:30. Breathing was hard because of the humidity. 324' elev. gain.
