Notes

Good run, since legs were not tired after rest day yesterday. (I did yoga instead.) 2 minute intervals w/u 5.5-5.9, then alternating 6.0 with 6.1-6.6 and back, then 1 minute 7.0/6.0 down I had the energy to do the extra mile. Kept incline at 0 because there was some glute pain, despite stretching every mile or so. No foot pain.
