Notes

Good run, though I wasn't much in the mood. I did a (modified) 60 minute speed workout, alternating 2 min. easy (5.5-5.8) w/ 2 minutes moderate (6.0-6.6). Foot hurt at first, but that died down and hamstring was intermittent as well. I took a break every mile to stretch, which allowed me to keep running.
