Notes

Good run. No foot pain. I was stiff and had some glute pain, so stopped after a mile to roll the legs, which helped. w/u 5.4-5.9, then I alternated 2 @ 6.0 with 3 @ 6.1-6.4, then back with 2 minutes each 6.5-6.1 alternating with 6.0.
