Tried to keep pace easy, but as usual, I pushed it too much. .25 each 5.5-5.8, then 1 mile each 5.9-6.2, then 2 miles alternating 6.0 with 6.1-6.3 and back. Lots of glute pain, so I took stretch breaks every mile.
