Okay run. I modified 60 minute program a little, trying to keep it easy, but a little faster than the usual 5.6 mile hour. Faster paces stressed my left hip so it felt like the leg might collapse. Foot hurt intermittently and calf was really tight so i stopped every mile or so to stretch them.
