River Bend Golf Course

Easy Shake for the legs this morning, woke up and almost immediately went for the run so was pretty hungry but just dealt with it. Felt kinda stale so threw in 30’s the last mile and that helped a bit(5:35 last mile), noticing a little bit of turnover ayyyyy I’ll take it
