Dick Pond Tuesday Speed Night
Kept it close so that way nobody slipped or got hurt on ice. Roads were clear so that was great, ran with the Brian, Don and Scott? I think that's his name lol anyway it was nice to have a normal run under 7 minute pace. I don't do that too often anymore haha
