Overall a really strong workout for me today! Wore spikes and just wanted to take things one rep at a time. Got a nasty blister on my foot which sucked but I only noticed it on the turns. Having Brian on the track helped a lot, even though we were doing different workouts it’s always awesome having company. Happy to see fitness is gradually increasing here! I feel like I was pretty tired after the tempo but then recovered after a minute and didn't know what to do for the last 4 minutes so I think I might have to do a few more workouts to remind myself that I can push a bit harder. Still a good day!
