Notes

Wave Fartlek: 4x800 on/800 off + 2x400 on/400 off

These have been my go-to workouts when I’m trying to build fitness and I really feel like I get a good benefit from them. Went 2:30-2:28-2:24-2:23 for the 800’s & then 69-67 on the 400’s. Kept the recovery steady at 6:00 minute pace. These paces are tough but it’s getting a little easier each time; and I’m sure my quads will be trashed tomorrow despite feeling totally fine now lol

Hopefully I can keep doing stuff like this once every 10-14 days. I feel like I'm seeing good progress and hopefully I can get a month or two in of just consistent workouts and long runs so I'm ready to roll for St. Patricks Day 5k & Shamrock Shuffle!
