2 Mile WU, 4 Miles of 1 on/1 off, 1 Mile CD

Pretty solid workout tonight considering I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do. Got off work and had a rough customer at the end so was kinda in the mood to blow off some steam. Kaytlin had suggested maybe doing 20 minutes or so of work, I thought that was a good idea considering I was hungry and didn't want to do a long session. Doing 1 on/1 off is simple in theory but it can become a tough workout if you make it, so I decided to hammer the on sections and then cruise the off sections. Forgot my guides today so rocked the gliderides instead so I am pleased with this considering I got moving in a shoe that is pretty heavy for speedwork. Ranges for the fast sections were between 4:52-5:12 & the steady sections were between 5:14-6:00. Good workout and another step forward with fitness!
