Hoka TrailHeads Series Run #1: Palos
Cold, rainy, and super sloppy single paths today! Definitely not a run where you could get any type of speed or cadence going. Shoutout to Dave for the Speedgoat demos! Big fan of the shoe! Gonna do a shakeout later and then do long run tomorrow!
Honestly, had I not promised I would go, I wouldn't have but I'm glad I did. Despite shitty weather we made the best of it lol
