Notes
This was definently a tough race. Legs were actually feeling pretty good and I was definently hydrated enough but I just couldn't breath at all. I literally felt like every tiime I opened my mouth I was gasping for air. I looked like shit for most of it but despite really struggling with breathing I'm proud that I was still able to find something left the last 200 meters and pass the wheaton guy to get 6th. Yonny finished right behind me and right behind him was waterman so if i hadn't done that I would have gotten 8th or maybe even 9th. Couldn't breath for almost half an hour after the race, stupid asthma. Hopefully this was just a one time thing like last year and I wont have to struggle as much next time. Glad I at least Pr'd but I know I can do alot better, that was just all I had that day
