3K Time Trial today, didn't have any expectations on time but really wanted to focus on the 4 parts of the race. We went out pretty quick in a 67 but I felt relaxed. Johnny and I ended up running together for the whole thing, although he lead everything. I wanted to help and push with him but I was afraid that if I did I would risk going too anaerobic. On the last lap I got next to him and we finished together. Didn't kick until the last 100 meter because we saw that Muth was coming for us. Good effort and by far the best I felt all season. I wish I had felt like this last week when it actually mattered!
