Notes

Clocked out of work at 4, walked the dog when I got home and then packed up to get to my parents house. Dropped Mia off and immediately went into my run. Was kinda crunched for time but knew I could get in at least 7-8 miles today so I decided I'd do a workout just so I would make sure I wasn't missing dinner. Did a 2 mile easy warmup (7:19-6:43) and then went into 6x(2 on/3 steady). Ended up being a very good workout, would have liked to have gone a bit faster on my on-sections but I wasn't married to a pace and tried to focus off of feel. Succeeded very well with keeping recovery at 6:00 or faster pace which was great; the route I chose had alot of my on-sections going flat/downhill and the off-sections were almost always uphill. Just the way it worked out, but that's alright with me. Basically did 5.4 miles at 5:38 pace and it felt pretty relaxed so I'll take it! No cooldown but in hindsight I totally could have, oh well!
