Notes

Slow moving tonight, just wanted to be out there and feel like I wasn't running. Hip drills are messing with my weak hips and SI/joint pain but I know I need to get those areas stronger otherwise it will just keep happening. Another good week in the books, the mandatory goal for this month is to get up to 70 mpw at least once. Gotta make time for it
