Good workout today! The quicker warmup helped adjust to the 6 minute pace quickly but 5 still felt like a shock for the first few, but after I settled into a groove we were good to go. Shortened the rest on the last one to 3 minutes and had the pace @ 4:45 for the last minute and that felt good! One of those days where I felt better after the workout than I did before, which was nice cause the last few runs have felt pretty meh.
