But about the run, I decided that today was going to be my first serious MLR, which is usually a 10-14 mile run at an uptempo pace, I ran in the morning Monday, then waited for this evening after work. Then I decided to go run Dead Horse Hill. I told myself to relax the first 3.5 miles to the hill, but I just grooved easily anyway, then powered up the hill. I came back around, and felt really good the entire run, I feel like going this pace especially up and over that hill was a very strong effort.
