I would have liked to run 40 seconds each 200 for the entire workout... of course I also would have liked to get more than 4 hours of sleep last night. With that taken into consideration, and the fact that I wasn't feeling particularly good at all today, I'll take this workout, it bodes well for Saturday's 5k when I intend to take care of my body better. Without the group we had, this workout might have ended 4:10, 5:40
