Notes
Along the River to BU and back.
Started really easy to shake the legs out from volleyball. Progressed down to ~6:20 pace. If I got faster than that I crossed some threshold aerobically, so decided to stay right there. A little before 9, I started feeling some twinging ish in my left hamstring, so I eased it back at 9 especially since I'm ramping up mileage very quickly.
