Solid workout given the conditions, the corner near Riley was very slushy, if the quad was dry and I knew some more intermediate splits, I could have run all 3 in at least 4:50 i think. I was surprised when I mapped this how close it was to 1500m. I was very happy that a) Shane was right there on each repeat, he seems to be coming around well too, and b) that we cut each interval a little bit faster than the previous one.
