Notes
Went in with Greg because the team was working out at 11 for NYE, nice to drive into Boston without any traffic. Tough workout after not doing much of anything last week.
Workout was 3x1000, 3x800, 3x400, 3x200, @5k, 5k, 3k, mile
Intervals were out in lane 2 and not staggered, so the distances are all short but I don't feel like figuring them out, and wu/cd are distance guesses.
There was an alternate workout for 4-6x1600 @ half pace, but I couldn't find anyone to run the miles at 5:40 pace with. Neil Brian and one of the other guys were running the miles at ~5:20 pace, so I jumped in and out with them for most of the longer reps.
