ok, it is 7 not 8 repeats.

Nice workout, first hills of Winter Track, very nice weather. I didn't run this workout this fast until 12/14 last year and then I was taking about 15 seconds extra rest then. Also, since that was were I ended the hills last year, its nice to know I'm starting where I left off. I could have run an 8th, I could have run them all at 1:36.x, I felt really good and relaxed, even with the pushed run yesterday.

Lane is right, I did gain a lot from XC, then I just didn't realize it.
