Working way too hard on this workout, no snap in my legs. Gabe helped me out a lot on the second mile of the first repeat, and the first mile of the 1.5, but when I came down the hill, I knew I was done. I just wasn't getting anything out of the workout. So I cut it short, and I will take tomorrow off which is much needed, hopefully I'll respond similarly to how I felt on August 12-13th. I still have time, I really wasn't planning on taking Saturday too seriously anyway, hopefully I can keep my 60mpw streak going.
