Sub zero wind chill, supposed to be 5:40, 5:35, 5:30, 5:25, ran alone, I'm glad I was able to get back down for the last mile, though I obviously would have preferred a stronger 3rd mile, and also to hit the cut down properly. Still a good workout.
Glad the mid distance team cooled down on the turf after they were done, Hunter and I were the only ones running the distance workout at 4:00.
