Easy with strides, felt better than yesterday, threw in a few strides in the last mile.

Katie at PT showed me today how I collapse into my knee by not keeping weight on the outside of my foot, between that and the exercises, I felt like I was running with better form closer to the front of my foot while balancing my weight across my foot. Will have to see how long this lasts.
