Notes

Needed an easy day, so I just took Chestnut Hill down to 30 and came back up Johnson Rd. Didn't need to tell myself to keep it slow. Then got back and did some drills, ran a few strides in the parking lot, then did some single leg deadlifts in the workout room in the office. It's good to feel tired again.
