Some parts fast, some parts slow, some parts longer, some parts shorter, some parts uphill, some parts downhill.
But seriously, that's what this workout is. Starting out I wasn't feeling great, on the way back I started getting into a groove. I'm not sure if that's the nature of this route, the nature of the workout, or just the training I'm in where I'm still tired from the day before, but I get into a rhythm and just bop along.
