scoped out a nice hill loop for tomorrow, ran it backwards in 4:28, it should be fun tomorrow, my plan is for 6-8 repeats,
guessed distance, probably a little short might be 8 or so.
Ate some scrambled eggs with veggies a couple hours before the run, and wasn't all too careful with food, but except for a little burn early in the run, my stomach was fine with it.
