Notes

Ran to Duffy Field, did the drills, decided to go for a bit of a longer run afterwards. Didn't feel godlike on this run after the drills like I've felt previously, but I think that's definitely due to the long run and golf/baseball/volleyball yesterday.

Good week, over 60 miles, heading into training next week,

MTA: caught the bunny, he'll run away from me tomorrow, but I should be ahead of him for good by Tuesday
