Notes
Snowing outside, so I just ran this up on the indoor track. Started the first 3 miles intentionally really slow, 8:30 pace, and slowly picked it up, then I did stretching, drills, and 6 strides on the straightaways (felt good and quite snappy), then ran 3+ miles, at ~7:00 pace.
Rolled out and stretched down on the basketball courts, and I feel pretty good to go tomorrow.
