Notes
If I ran the whole thing with no pain I was going to be happy. I figured I'd run about 20 minutes. At the start, I saw Paul Hammond in front of me, about .75 mile in, I was about 50m behind him, and was still feeling ok picking up people that just went out way too fast. Made a move to get up to him and passed him a little after a mile. After 2 miles, he came back to get in front. I just focused, and my ankle wasn't bothering me, and I was hurting the good hurt, so I just kept grinding.
Happy I got a good run in.
