Plan was 6-9 x 1000 w/ minute recovery, I was really expecting 8, and wanted at least 7 after last week, but I felt good enough for the 9th. It was pretty windy today, and I had to dodge around a bunch of stuff on the track because there was a soccer practice going on, so the times were 3:36-37, rather than 3:35s. However, this was a lot better than last week because I felt the pace earlier, didn't run the first few too fast. Felt really good.
