Notes

slow slow slow, got caught up in the fast game of ultimate on a man down team, so I ran more than I wanted too at lunch. Such is life, it's fun playing frisbee, but it does make it more difficult to gauge my running fitness (it's definitely helped, it's just impossible to quantify).
