Notes

ran 2 miles up to school, set up hurdles for the meet, ran around getting stuff for coach, then got invited into a dmr that turned into a 4x400 because no one else clerked in on time. I think I ran 60.xx for the 400 split which was ok, there was about a 1.5 mile warmup and a 2 mile cooldown, then I ran back home for two miles ish, the last 4+ miles were 33:53
