Workout was prescribed up to 8x1200 w/200m recovery @10k pace, Ran this with Carlone and Alan, basically running my 10k pace (or maybe a bit faster) they went on to finish the full 8, but I had an appropriate workout after 5. Ran the workout in the Gel DS Racers. They'll need a little more time on my feet before I judge them for the marathon.

I think I felt better this week than last week, and this workout totaled 4.25 miles @ 5:41 pace with the same volume of fast stuff as last week. Could I break 27 in 2 weeks?
