I pysched myself out for this race... plain and simple, my hip didn't bother me, my first 1k was 3:00 where I wanted, at the start I broke well and latched to the back of the pack where I wanted, just mentally beating myself up since thursday and not getting good sleep last night because of worry hurt me.

For Outdoor:

9:40 steeple

15:50 5k

the 15:50 is a step back from where I thought I'd be, but right now, this year I need to break 16:00, the 9:40 steeple can happen, especially if I improve my form over the barriers and just running in general, Coach Lohrmann was talking to me about my arm swing after my race today, and hopefully we can find some drills to improve that aspect of my running.
